Pierre graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Orthoptics at University of Sydney in 1992. He also obtained a Masters in Exercise and Sports Science in 1995 and holds the title of Honorary Research Associate at the University of Sydney. For the past ten years Pierre has been in private practice specialising in children's vision and rehabilitation and has assisted a number of Sydney's elite refractive Ophthalmologists in

over 10,000 LASIK surgical procedures . Pierre is also the sports vision consultant to the NSW institute of the sport and has lectured on sports vision at a number of International conferences. He is member of the orthoptics Association of the Australia and the inventor of the world's most sophisticated eye-hand coordination device, "The sports Vision Trainer(SVT™)".

Troy graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Orthoptics at the University of Sydney, Australia in 1995. In 2003 Troy completed an Executive Masters in Business Administration at the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of NSW, Australia. Troy is a member of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthmologists and a member of the Australian Orthoptic Association. Troy's role is to oversee the clinical and business development of the SVT™.

Daniel has been servicing the electronics/mechanical industry for over 6 years. Daniel has a trade certificate in higher engineering, an electrical fitter/mechanic trade certificate, a certificate three in industrial electronics, and a certificate two in electrotechnology. Daniel has a dual role in assembly/quality control of the SVT™ electronics and is responsible for international technical support and servicing of the SVT™.
